Cursul Lean Six Sigma – nivel Green Belt ofera un nivel ridicat de cunostinte in aplicarea metodei Lean Six Sigma, inclusiv expertiza aprofundata în subiectele conținute în fazele ciclului de viata Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control – DMAIC.
De asemenea, cursul Lean Six Sigma – nivel Green Belt iti arata cun sa aplici metodologia de proiect fara sa ai cunostiinte aprofundate de statistica. Pentru exemplificare si rezolvarea exercitiilor din curs, instructorul foloseste Minitab.
Lean Six Sigma este o metodologie de proiect pentru imbunatatirea proceselor de business, rezultand in identificarea si implementarea unor solutii privind scaderea costurilor, cresterea vitezei de procesare, a calitatii produselor sau serviciilor, reducerea erorilor. Acest curs, prezinta si notiuni de management de proiect introductive, deoarece la Lean Six Sigma se deruleaza ca un proiect, coordonat de un Green/Black Belt.
Project managerii care coordoneaza proiectele de optimizare procese de business se numesc Green Belt sau Black Belt. in functie de complexitatea proiectului, de tehnicile folosite si daca este o persoana alocata pe acest proiect full-time sau part time

The curriculum of the course is based upon the ‘Lean Six Sigma and Minitab’ pocket guide, published by OPEX Resources Ltd (ISBN: 978-0-9546813-6-4).
